iView type search through API (coding in WD4J )

Hi experts,

I am having one requirement of finding iView template type [BEx Web Application,SAP Transaction,SAP BSP iView ] from any specific Portal content folders : pcd:pcd_content/....***

Basically we are having project specific folders, from which we want to measure number of iViews depending on their type to have a compliance of number of application.

I believe this kind of scenario can be made through customize application and I want to developed the same through Webdynpro Java by referring any specific API helping to search iViews from PCD folders.

Need inputs in this apporach..

take a look at my blog, it gives you the steps and the coding on how to fetch portal objects from a pcd folder..
