Hello PPM Gurus,
How can we use Bucket and Initiatives in business process seperately, how can we differentiate each other in business application?
We trying to understand business usage where this can be properly used as Standard Best SAP Practice.
-Diana.
Hi Diana,
Buckets can represent the organisation structure under which various projects (portfolio items) or programs (initiatives) can be carried out. The buckets should remain static and the structure should not change frequently.
But initiatives can represent big program which span multiple projects (portfolio items) under it.
Hope this calrifies your understanding.
Cheers
Amit
