NW731 java - SUM/JSPM com.sap.sl.util.cvers.api.CVersAccessException

Hello,

I am upgrading NW731 SP01 to SP06. The SUM utility fails on Configuration phase on step "Check CVL versions" with following exception:

Checking of deployment queue completed with error. Cannot validate dependencies. com.sap.sdt.cvl.provider.api.ComponentProviderException: Cannot read component sap.com/EP-CONNECTIVITY because cannot get access to COMPVERS table com.sap.sdt.cvl.provider.api.ComponentProviderException: Cannot read component sap.com/EP-CONNECTIVITY because cannot get access to COMPVERS table com.sap.sl.util.cvers.api.CVersAccessException: readSCVersion1: Exception of type java.sql.SQLRecoverableException caught: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call. EP-CONNECTIVITY sap.com SAP AG 1000.7.31.1.0.20111107174500

Also please check which version of SIUM you are using ,if it is not latest then please use the latested SUM tool
