How restart the services J2EE with command

Hello People

I want restart the services of J2EE in my system

I restart the services with the SMICM transaction in Administration, J2ee instance local.

But I have doubt about, if there way of restart this services with commands.

Which is the command for restart the service and the sentence.

You can use JCMON from command prompt or connect via telnet in port 5XX08

Just to point out, if you are using 7.1+ server, please use the JSMOn tool.

sap note 1704003 - SAP J2EE JCMON tool fails with "internal use only" message
