Email notification PC 10.0

Hello,

I wanted to change the email notification (subject of the mail) for work item which has been sent to an end user.

I have changed the text by using Document class as "Dialog Text" with Document as "GRPC_NOTIF_INBOX", later the same has been activated.

But when i create a task for a control owner, the email is getting triggered to the user with old template.

Why  the system is not taking the new template which has been activated.

Can you some one advice me, if any settings needs to be adjusted.

Have you seen Note 1563752 - Modified email notification text not reflecting in emails.

It mentions your issue and advises you to create a variant for program GRPC_WF_NOTIFICATION
