MSO error

Hi,

We have implemented MSON on a NW2004s SP10 system.

http://ofelia:50000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/mba~com.sap.mbs.mso.main/MSOMain

When I run the application, the following error is thrown:

The following errors occured during the initialization. Please contact your administrator.

No user role found in the configuration database

I read that this problem has been resolved, SAP has released a fix. I looking for it but I can’t find it. Does it really exist? Where can I find it?

MSON was not installed properly. Our administrator has solved it.

Hi Oscar,

The answer probably comes too late for you but it might be useful for others.

The error you got happened most probably because you didn't access the MSOn Administrator Console at least once before accessing the mobile application. This step is required to fill the configuration tables with all the configuration data provided in the standard installation. The Roles table is the first one that gets loaded at runtime and yours was empty, that's why you received that message.
