Check without RLT in ATP makes order item Complete (when inventory is zero)

Hello experts,

Could you help me with the following ATP problem?

In transaction OVZ9, "Check without RLT" is turned on meaning confirm the sales order quantity only if inventory is available. However, if there is no inventory, no quantity is confirmed and the Item status of the order is set to Complete. It needs to be as open as nothing is delivered. It also does not show in VA05N under open orders.

The question on the table is - Is there a way to set such item as open?

Hi Satish,

I am not even getting into OVZ9. Are you sure your order is not appearing in VA05 or VA05N. What is the document flow says. Can you check if there is any reason for rejection for your order ?

Hello Sai Krishna,

The order does not appear as open in VA05/VA05N.

See attached for status. Item 10 is the one.

If you dont can you check in Table Level  ( VBUP )of this Sales Document Type Number ?

Note :I thought , please debug this screen ,might be they would have been used any User exit or else at least ,we can find out some clues by it ..
