PPM Financial Planning - is there an upload program?

We are now in the process of migrating Portfolio Items / Projects using excel uploads.

Is it also possible (using any of the standard programs) to upload the Financial Planning data into these Portfolio items?

If not in the standard, what efforts (how) would it take to build custom programs for this data upload?

With this excell it is not needed develop but I think it is only possible upload fin information item by item. In my case using the same functions like this excell upload we developed the report that was very simple.
