Shipment cost issue

HI All,

Need a help for shipment cost issue(VI01)

I have created an order with two line item and created two separaetd deliveried for each line item.

Then i created an shipment docuemnt (Vt01n) and add both delivries into it. Then i an creating the shipment cost document(VI01), the i says Partially calculated(BAA) status.

But when i am creating the two shiment for each delivery and then create the shipemnt cost , then i am sucesfully able to generate shipemnt cost document.

Please advice why i am not able to generate shipment cost docuemnt successfully when my shipment has multiple delivery.

Please help.

Sorry, i am doing an addition in question.

in my two dleiveries incoterm 1 is CIF , but incoterm 2 are different say port of shanghai and port of Tianzin.

in shipment there is a direct leg from besan city (EUROPE)to Hanzhou city (China)

when i creating teh shipemt cost , error:is "mandatory condtiton YBFR is missing"

But i have maintain the conditon records with both incoterms 2.
