SAP Netweaver CE 7.3 released or not

Hi,

I want to know weather SAP Netweaver CE ( Compsite Environment) 7.3 Version was released or not.

Because SAP Netweaver 7.3 CE trail version was downloaded from below path and installed one of our test machine.

Now we want to install Development server, for SAP Netweaver CE 7.3 .

So, Please let us know weather Netweaver CE 7.3 actual version was released or not.

Because in SAP Portal it is not showing SAP Netweaver CE 7.3 it is only showing SAP Netweaver CE 7.2

Please any body clarify on this.

"As of SAP NetWeaver 7.3, Composition Environment has become part of the overall NetWeaver platform. For more information, see chapter 3.1 Building Composite Applications in the SAP NetWeaver 7.3 Master Guide."

Hi Siva,

Yes, The CE 7.3 has been released already. The latest version of CE(Composition Environment) is CE 7.31.

Hi Ramganesan,

My question is earlier SAP Netweaver and Netweaver CE both are different software but i think SAP Netweaver 7.3 onwards Netweaver CE is also included in Netweaver 7.3

am i correct?

yes,AFIK With 7.3 - Portal 7.3 and CE 7.3 have been merged into one product. of course,

It is really all explained in the NetWeaver 7.31 Master Guide, see the attached discussion for details.

This was released back in 2011. If you install the Java AS, you should have everything that came with NetWeaver CE except BPM and BRM (which I think never was part of CE...)
