Service Desk Configuration and Implementation for Solution Documentation in solman 7.1

Hi Experts,

I would like to configure the service desk and Implement Solution Documentation in solman 7.1

Am aware about the service desk configuration but not confident in configuring it and coming to solution documentation this is the frist time am doing.

pls help me to sort out the sequence steps to configure both service desk and solution documentaion.

if possible pls share me some documents regarding these.

Hi Shiva,

You have the SD configuration document in SMP.

For Solution Documentation, pls refer to RKT Materials in SMP under service.sap.com/rkt-solman
