Where I am working, we have a report, generated periodically by Crystal Reports and exported as a PDF, which is distributed via email. My management wants to convert this PDF to a form with text fields, check boxes and maybe radio buttons through which we can receive information back from our "readers." Does anyone have any ideas on how to get Crystal Reports to include a PDF form element on a report line? I am using Visual Studio with Crystal Reports.
Thank you.
Hi Robert,
Crystal Reports does NOT export a report to 'fillable/editable PDF' format.
Have a look at this thread from sometime ago where a similar question was asked:

I would ask you to log this as an Enhancement Request at the Ideas Place.

One of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports desktop schedulers listed at http://kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html provides this functionality. You can call it from your own application (it has a command line API).
