Error in com.sap.portal.navigation.afp.masthead

Dear Gurus,

By mistake, our Basis team has deleted com.sap.portal.navigation.afp.masthead  application in our dev Portal (7.30)

Fortunatelly, I had a copy of this component and I am trying to deploy it again using NWDS.

The problem is that each time that I deploy it, the application is using JavaEE vendor instead of sap.com.

When I go to the server, the application is under JavaEE folder

Due to this behaviour, our framework is showing an error. Reading the logs, I can see the following error:

How could I deploy the application to restart the initial status? Is it possible to deploy with NWDS using a different Vendor?

As far as I know Vendor is in Portalapp.xml, and checking the standard WAR I can see <property name="Vendor" value="sap.com"/>...

Therefore, why deploy perspective is thinking it is JavaEE vendor???

Just ask basis to redeploy the respective SCA which is EP-RUNTIME.
