hello
I use Solution Manager 7.1 SP3.
All the Business Partner of my company (VAR company) are now flagged for archiving and i don't know why.
I 'm not able to use Service Desk because of this.
So I have two questions :
1) how unflag my Business Partner ? (I do use it)
I try with BUPA_PRE_DA transaction, but it's not working.
2) How these BP have been flagged for archiving ?
I use SARA transaction and i found :
CA_BUPA (Archiving Business PArtner ) Inactive
CRM_ACT_ON (CRM Activity) Active
CRM_SBDBL (problem Symptom) Active
CRM_SBDSOL (Solution) Active
PRODUCT_MD (Archiving Object) Active

I try with your informations , it's ok now : my Business Partner is no more flagged
But ....I cannot use it anyway because there is no more relation between this BP and the company and when we try to create a message on Service Desk, no system is found
It seems that this BP can not be used.
Is that possible to re-create all my BP of my company 'even if we have a lot of message ?
or
re-create the links ?

I do it again because the BP that i unlocked was alone.
I try with another one who is attached to my BP (company) ,links are ok :
it's not possible to unflagged because the system says "The Business partner has status Not Flagged for Archiving" so i don't understand !!!
