RE: nagative budget in sap ps

Dear ps experts,

While making service activity PR with cost element (project expenses)

service activity ( qty =1, gross price =2, total price=2 ) but s_alr_87013558 report available budget negative value (-2). pl  see the screen shots.

Why Available budget Negative?

1. You have already raised this question under different title here http://scn.sap.com/thread/3340556

I really don't understand the necessity of creating this thread.

2. There are many threads available in the forum which deals about budgeting issues, search for those first, and apply the suggested solution, if still the problem is unsolved comeback with the details of the solutions you have tried out.

I am locking this thread for the above mentioned reasons.

Hello Prasad,

Check if assigned value is more than Budget amount in S_ALR_87013558.

Also check Note 178837 - Availability control: Incorrect assigned value?
