MSG-VL171 Status of inspection lot 050000000010 / partial lot 000000 does not allow good issue

Dear QM Gurus

I m doingn Customer Reutrn Scenario.

I  have done following things

1)Assign delivery type LR  to lot origin 05

2) Assign movement type 655 to DN Schecule line Category

3) Assign inspection type 05 to that materail.

4) Inspection plan has been created.

I want stock relevant inspection lot that why i have done above setting.

What i have missed please guide.?

While doing PGR i am getting above msg and when i go for above lot number system says lot number doesnot exist.

VL02N: Doubleclick on the material number in the line item–> You will see the Inspection lot number.

QE01: Enter the Inspection lot number and record the results, lock the MICS, and save the results.
QA11: Enter the Inspection Lot number and select “Accepted” in the UD field and save.
VL02N: Do the PGI. You should be OK now.

If you configured 05 Inspection type, system will create Inspection lot only after PGR.

If you configured 06, then Inspection lot will be created after delivery (non stock relevant). Only after clearing that Inspection lot, you can do PGR.

Check / attach the configuration under this menu.

Attach the screen shots of Inspection Lot origin to Delivery Type & Assign Inspection type to Delivery category

Also attach screen shot of Material Master QM View Inspection Setup.

Check QA32 by giving 06 as Inspection lot origin for that material.

Can you tell me the steps for above process.

In my case inspection lot is generating but stock is not moving to quality.

It means that there is one IL that is getting created after the Picking or PGI.Save PGI & check that IL for usage decision.

Save the delivery, after delivery save Inspection lot getting generated.

Then you have to do Result Recording & Usage decision

After that you will do PGI.

Lot not created while saving delivey. It will be generated after PGR i think but not able to do PGR .

After saving the delivery and not doing PGR , i will got lot but it is not stock relevant i.e inspection stock tab is not there.
