Recipient Port missing in SAP

Hi,

When XI sent the IDOC to SAP system, SAP received the IDOC but status shows 56 and missed the port in the Recipitent information.

Please suggest me about this problem.

Thank you.

Hi,

In mapping, EDI_DC40 segment of Idoc, please map required inbound PORT of the receiving system.

Value of the same is maintained in transaction IDX1 in PI. You need to mention here RFC Destination which will be connecting PI to R3 system.

Hi Nishu Jain,

Thanks for your suggestion.

Earlier this connection was working fine. SAP received the IDOC perfectly.

But from last few days, I got the problem.

Thank you.

Hi Sateesh,

Open the Idoc which is in error in Transaction WE19 and try to process the same as Inbound.

This will give you more clarity on the error. If error is related to port then give the required port number in EDIDC40 segment and then try to process the same as Inbound.

Hope this helps.
