No. range is not maintained during subcontracting challan J1IF01

Hi All,

When i am creating subcontracting challan i am getting an error that

The number range is not maintained for  1 .

Message no. 8I596

Here 1 is my series group.

I have maintained number range in J1I9 with object J_1I57FC  and given my series group as 1 and 01 From no----- To no.

I have checked all the threads but still i am getting same error.

Hello Priya,

In the screen of J1IF01, pls ensure that you enter both the Excise group and series Group.

In the below SPRO path:

SPRO>Logistics General>Tax on Goods Movement>India>Business Transaction

s>Subcontracting Attributes..

Pls maintain the values for "No. range no." as 01 for your excsie group.

If you maintain anything other than '01' you will get this error.

Hi,

Recheck in J1I9 for subcontracting object.

For this year , you need to maintain 01 and number range.
