Hello Atul/Vishal,

Thank you for the response.

As Vishal answered because of this complex table creation we are unable to view the output in the ipad.

For creating this template I used blank cells, can some one suggest any other ways of creating this template.

Sharath

U can use blank cell i think the second limitation may be the number of row are exceeded in the report

Hi Sharath,

I see that you have used merged cells in you table. Could you please let me know the Mobi client version u you are using  as mergerd cells was not supported  in the intial version of Mobi and displayed "Content not supported". The Minimum server and client version need for Merged cells to work is BOE 4.0 SP2 patch 13 onwards and client 4.2.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Sudarshan

check the content that you are trying to view on the ipad.

Is it a combination chart?

drill down reports?

is this report running correcty on the launchpad?

Hello Atul,

Yes report is running correctly on Launch pad.

I don't have any charts in my report, pls find the screen shot of the report which we are trying to have in ipad.

Hi Sharath,

can you check this and let me know the results

1. MOBI client version: iPAD device settings-->SAP BI-->Version

3. BOE version: Logon to CMC-->Settings-->Product version & Build number

2. MOBI Server version: http://<WebAppServerWithMobileWar:port>/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion  ( run this on the server machine, with tomcat having the mobilebiservice deployed )
