while Cif ing master data to APO  which master data  is first CIFed from R/3 to APO ? do we hav a protocol  .....say like material master has to be cifed first then PV in the form of pds or ,work centres,

so what needs to be cifed first ??

Hi Rahul,

Normal protocal which is followed by the most is:

first CIF different configs like ATP config. --> plant --> material --> work centers --> PPM / PDS --> after this you can choose among other objects to be CIFed.

Logic here is to transfer objects which are required to transfer other objects first.

For more detailed information on this, you can follow SAP recommended sequence.

Hello Rahul,

Thumb rule :- Master data should be CIFed at first followed by the transactional data. Your CIF setup of RIMODGEN / RIMODAC2 should also have the same sequence. Close the thread if you have received the relevant answers from the SCN practitioners.
