unable to use MB1C

we are using distributed WMS.

while posting an entry into stock updation using MB1C, I am getting an error "

No vendor defined in Table T321 for ref. movement type 561" can someone pls suggest what is to be done?

Go into customizing:

IMG > Logistics Execution > Decentralized WMS Integration > Central Processing > Application > Define Interface to Inventory Management and Delivery-Relevant Data

and here then Delivery-Relevant Parameters for Reference Movement Type

find your warehouse number and movement type 561 and enter the vendor number which is used for the inbound deliveries, which are the communication method between your ERP and the decentralized WMS

it is actually the column left of the vendor which is probably empty in your system. If I am not mistaken, then you should enter there DIG for inbound delivery.

Please check if you have maintained the correct customization for interface to Inventory management in your decentralized system

Customizing for "Decentralized WMS integration", section "Central processing" -> Application

Define interface to Inventory Management in Views :-

  V_156S_WM - Assign WM movement type references to IM movement types

  V_T3211   - Delivery-Relevant Parameters for Reference Movement Type

  V_T340DL  - Delivery-Relevant Data for Warehouse Number

Hi,

When you do goods receipt with t.code:MB1C with 561 movement type,you will have following accounting entry:
Material Stock Account (BSX) - Dr
Initial Stock Entry Account (GBB-BSV) - Cr

For goods movement with movement type 561,no vendor code/number needed, better cross your movement type setting for movement type 561 in t.code:OMJJ.
