How to deactivate Plan cost in report S_ALR_87013558

Dear Expret,

We have configured the Budget process with linking PM Order with WBS element.

The process is :

1.) Create WBS Element via CJ11 and release via cj02

2.) Enter budget into WBS via IM52 and suppose amount is 50000.00.

3.) now create PM Order via IW31 and take material for posting goods issue.

4.) but We have just Plan of material not actual.

After saving PM order, open via IW32 then here suppose plan cost of material is 2000.

after that if i check in report S_ALR_87013558

then here amount which is shown are mentioned below.

Budget	Actual	Commitment	RemOrdPlan	Assigned	Available
50000			2000	2000	48000

My Problem is when  have not post the goods issue(material) via MIGO then its the amount should be deducted form budget.

If its will deducted after migo then its fine.

Kindly suggest me, How will correct the figure form Report.

Hi ,

Residual Order Plan : Planned Cost that exceeds the actual cost and Commitment for the assigned network ,activities or orders. The Plan value will be reserved on the WBS element , and it can not be consumed by any other order .And this applied only if the Assigned Funds in Plan Indicator is set .( OPSV) .

If you dost require this plan value to be considered in PS reports : Go for an correction SAP Notes: 853530.
