SAP printer not printing first two lines

Hi experts,

Our SAP printer does not printing first two lines on a form while in print preview it is showing complete page.

Device type we use for this is " PDF1       PDF ISO Latin-1          4.6D+"

and device format is " DINA4     X   00210     MM 00297     MM"

Please advise.

Hi Sunny,

Check the page format setting defined for the form.

Is it matching with DINA4 device format ?
