Error during conversion to alternative units of measure

Dear QM Dimonds

We have some of materials activated  active ingredient for this materials we are getting message "Error during Conversion to alternative units of Measure" while posting  in Usage decision screen.

we maintain Base Unite Measure MT , alternative unit is ZTO and we already maintained all prerequisities

1) Maintained Alternative Units

2)Maintained conversion Factor

3) Maintained Batch specific Unit

4)Maintained Proportion Unit

5) Maintained decimal places for  ZTO  rather than this any other settings required if yes kindly guide me how we will approch.
