Hi Daniel,

Please investigate the following

1) What input parameter is affected person puts while running those transactions

2) Compare the results with another user id on another PC

3) Check whether that transaction is a problem for how many users.

4) Check the network connection of the desktop for affected person when he runs those transaction codes

To begin with above steps should be good enough.

Hi Daniel,

There are many things which needs to be investigated. Objective should be to kick out the no-relevant areas one by one.

St03N will provide help in case system is really a problem. Not a good choice to investigate when only 1 user is have problem with select transactions.

ST05 should be used only when particular transaction is affecting all the users not 1 user.

Three major areas you need to concentrate

1) Is the problem with user PC

2) Is the problem with Server and database

3) Is the problem with network
