SMTP Email server configuration in SUP 2.1.3 SCC

Hello Experts,

I am trying to configure SMTP Email Server in SUP 2.1.3 to send mails to Email addresses internal to the Company.The requirement is to send mails if we are getting any error in SCC.

I have given access to the IP of the server where SUP 2.1.3 is running  from SMTP server.But when I am trying to configure SMTP in the SCC and sending a test Email Message to verify SMTP settings,I am getting error as below:-

Could anyone say me why I am getting this error and if I am missing any configuration in SCC or anywhere in the SUP Server for  SMTP server to send mails ?
