key figure fixing

hi experts,

i have been trying to fix a key figure but its not.

i have 2 planning areas in DP

iam trying to fix statfcst keyfigure, in RSA1 i have added an spare key figure to fix in the keyfigure statfcst. Data type = Qty.

Now i go back to the planning book and try to fix its not.

these keyfigures are used in both the planning area.

have you selected that teh Keyfigure is fixable while creating your planning area's ?

it was right answer but my question is once you done the configuration. how can you fix the key figure in planning area, do you have any other idea to do this.

Hello Sainath

Once you have done the complete configuration of planning area also , you can change the settings of the key figures

just right click your planning area  and click on change key figure settings.

This can be done post activating of your planning area also,

  can any one share two support APO DP issues. any one macros or  realignment or life cycle planning or process chains.

1. how the problem is happened.

2. how did you resolve it. what r the steps to take prevent in future.

Hi sainath,

as Raghavendra said, you can go to planning area and right click to "change key figure settings" and you will be able to change the values.

Make sure that the "fixed Key figure " is removed from the planning area, since you have already selected this in the Workbench.
