POC not being calculated in Progress Analysis

Former Member

Hi all,

I am running progress analysis in CNE1 and viewing the results in CNPAWB. However, I am finding that the Plan and Actual POC's are not being calculated. BCWS and BCWP are also 0, but there are some values for ACWP costs.

Any idea why this is happening? We have setup all the configuration as per this post: https://scn.sap.com/thread/1371641

Have we missed something?

Thanks,

Any ideas? I am still not able to get my planned and actual POC's to appear from progress analysis.

Thanks,

HI,

Check your all progress analysis configuration as following:-

1: Create a progress version

2: Maintain settings of a progress version per CO area

3: Define measurement methods as default value for project object types

4: Define measurement methods as default value for order types

5: Create 3 statistical key figures (KK01) The unit of measure MUST be in %

6: Assign statistical key figures to POC usages

7: Create 3 value categories for POC values (OPI1) The UOM should be in %

8: Assign each statistical key figure to a value category (OPI5)

9: Define the cost element(s) for earned values

10: Create one or more value categories (OPI1)

11: Assign the cost elements to value categories (OPI2)

I think you have not define cost elements to value categories see the high light 9 or 11 serial No.

Check the sap note 503246 CHECKREPORT_PROGRESSANALYSIS.
