charm approval process partner id not determind

Hi,

We are under process of configure two level approval process in Change Request in ChaRM and Defined APPROVAL STEP 2 in SMCR0001. For APPROVAL STEP 2 parnet function ZDCR0001 (Module approver) assigned. However partner function id is not determined in ChaRM.

Two level approval process determined (Step1 Change Manager and Step 2 Module Approver however Partner id is not showing partner id filed in ITSM

Hello,

The partners in the approval procedure are filled in with the help of rule policy AI_CM_CR_RFC_STE.

In the webclient, navigate to workcenter "Service Operations" and search for Rule Policies.

Then add extra rules to this policy similar to the one rule that is already there for step 1.
