Authentication process in HWC app

Hi All,

I am a novice to SUP and have doubt about how the authentication process in performed in HWC application.

In our HWC application, we have login screen as our initial screen. After successful login, the user enters the applicaiton. LDAP is configured in SCC for authentication.

So, in the Mobile Workflow Form Editor, we added login screen as "Credential Request" starting point.

This screen has input fields to enter username and password and a "Save Screen" menu item.

When 'Save Screen' is clicked, how to call authentication? Precicely, what code should I write in my JS file so that my HWC application sends authentication request to the server.
