Over Delivery Tolerance for free form and Catalog orders

We want to have automatic over delivery tolerance in SRM for certain MRO categories on free form and catalog PO's. SOme itmes like chain and pipes are delivered in random lenghts and the buyer has to change the PO if the deliverd qty > PO qty. We have material masters for the bulk of the items but I was looking to have over delivery tolerance for free form and punchout catalog orders. I was looking for possible solutions on how other companies are doing this in SRM. We are using SRM extended Classic

Hi Bovi,

Did you try using Tolerance Group / Keys? You can assign Tolerance Group in PPOMA_BBP attribute level and achieve what you are looking for... This can be set at user level or department level.
