Classification details in Engineering Change number

Hello All,

Recently we did technical upgrade, configuration to attach material classification details to change no is NOT done.

But we noticed that when ever we create a material in reference to another material using a change no, & classification view is also created along with it. The classification details are attached to change no.

In class types, no configuration done to attach classification details to change no, but it still attaches.

On analyzing we found OSS Note: 0001339722 is the root cause, but don't know how to correct this issue

Any idea why ?
