Hi All,
When we are trying to find the material in catalogue by entering material number or description the material is not coming up. What ever we are typing in the search box and trying to search the material it is not working.
But when we are searching material by product index we are able to find the same.
I have already restarted the JRun server but it has not helped me.
I am new to EBP so can anyone tell me in detail what else need to be done.
Somewhere in the forum I have read about the rebuilding of Index so I have started the task to rebuild the indexes.
Also there was one thread which was talking about restarting the policies but I am not aware how to do the same.
If anyone can provide the same information it will be helpful.
Thanks & Regards,
Atish
Hi Ramki,
I am able to go into the Users & Views.
But I am not finding any policies there.
I am able to see the tab for the views and there is a option to rebuild search string.
What should I do?
Thanks & Regards,
Atish

Hi
I think you are talking about Requisite.
Goto Users & Views
Policies
Click on 'Rebuild all policies'

Hi
You need to logon to Requisite system (not EBP).
You need to logon as administrator into bugseye (normally you will have these options in the first screen).
After loggin on , you will see Users & views (if you do not see this, you are not using the right user to logon).
Check with your team on requisite users & urls.
Best regards
Ramki
Hello Atish,
For searching and indexing the catalog products in EBP mainly TREX is vital.
Assuming you have done all CCM config correctly and call structure for catalog is defined correctly.
Check whether the RFC with TREX is working properly.
TREX is up and running.
There is no sizing issues on TREX server.
You can try restarting TREX server as last resort.
