ITS Transaction issue

Hello Experts,

I want to maintain Funds from Transaction FM_SETS_FUND2 using SAP GUI for HTML(ITS).

When i try to maintain the fund it displays the message 'Position the Cursor Correctly'(Release ECC 6.00 EHP6).

However the same works in other system with release ECC 6.0

Please advise.Your help is highly appreciated.

Share your exact SAP release, including SP (at least SAP_BASIS) and kernel patch level. Share also a screenshot of the problem. What browser incl. version are you using? Does the problem happen for other, similar, webgui transactions?

Hi sam,

SAP Component version:EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0

What browser incl. version are you using?: Browser:IE9

Does the problem happen for other, similar, webgui transactions?:

No so it works correct other Tcodes.

What is your kernel version and patch level? There have been some cursor and focus related Internal ITS fixes in recent kernels. Can you maybe test a recent kernel to see if it helps?

Patch Level: 201

Did you try with a newer kernel? The latest patch level for the 720 kernel is in the mid 400s.

Thanks for quick turnaround. I will download the required kernel from service marketplace as you suggest.

Can the developer able to do this task as I wear multiple hats. Is there any how to guides that will come handy?

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. Basis is usually responsible for changing the SAP Kernel, the instance needs to be restarted.
