Travel Mangement- Mode and Class of Travel as per elligibility

Hi  All

I am new to Travel Management .I want to know if we can define any where   the Mode and Class of Travel as per elligibility in standard configuration.

Ex- manager can travel by Business Class in Air and 1st Class by Rail & Executive can travel by 2nd Class by Rail and Economy in Air

Hi,

In travel expnses while creating the particuler expenses type provide the permisibility with respect to employee grouing. And assign the permisibity in IT17. For example, if managers are permitted only for business class, create the expense type with permisibity class.
