SOD Review workflow not getting triggered

Hi All

I have configured the workflow for SOD Review and set the parameters accordingly in Parameter settings.I have followed all the steps mentioned in the SOD Review guide.But still my SOD Review workflow is not getting triggered after the job is scheduled.

Please help me on the same.

Hi Pardeep,

1. Before running the SoD Review data job, ensure that the Batch Risk Analysis job (GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS) is executed.

2. Risk owners are defined in the Risk

3.You might need to run the below jobs in this sequence.

GRAC_ROLEREP_PROFILE_SYNC	Synchronizes all profiles in the repository
GRAC_ROLEREP_ROLE_SYNC	Synchronizes all roles in the repository
GRAC_ROLEREP_USER_SYNC	Synchronizes all users, and roles used by these users
GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS	Performs batch Risk Analysis
GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC	Retrieves the action usage for users
GRAC_ROLE_USAGE_SYNC	Retrieves the role usage

For testing purpose I just assigned risk owners to 2 risks and when I ran the SOD review intial job I just put only those 2 risks.

If you have an authorisation to use transaction SE11 then can you please check if GRACUSERPRMVL table is updated for the users.

It does with users for 1 particular risk.

Please check with this SAP Note SAP 1729482 to be applied to BACKEND.

Then the  synchronization jobs as i said above.

Can you please share on which SP you are currently in?

Also have you run the Batch risk analysis for the users?

It would be better if you can provide some more detail about what setaps exactly you have followed.

We are on SP9.Yes I did run the batch risk analysis for the users.Please let me know what other details you want to know?
