Delivery Output ???

Hello Guyz,

I am having issue with delivery output, when I enter the PO box no. it is not printing the shipping address on delivery output and when there is no PO Box it prints the shipping address.

1. PO Box No. = No Shipping Address

2. No PO Box=Shippin Address

I need to make sure that Ship to address should always be there regardless of PO box no. Guyz I would appreciate if you could advice me how to handle this issue,I am not very stong from technical side,so I would appreciate a detail explanation.

Hi;

At the outset i feel this is not an SAP issue, rather a bug in the program that you are using to print the delivery.

If this is a customised program, pls have a ABAP person to look into.

HI Mohammed,

for this you need to make some changes in the From. Chcek the Output types which you are using and in V/30 check the form assigned. Go to SE71 and make changes. It is better to take the help of a ABAPer to fix the problem.
