Dear Team,
I am looking to find a SAP Solution Manager Service Desk 7.1 configuration guide to restrict the customer authorisations when creating a message in the Service Desk.
Also, in which transaction can I set up the support reporting in the SolMan?
Same question for the satisfaction survey, is there any guide to help set up these surveys?

Hope your issue have been resolved.
I got the same issue for Survey, I have created survey & determine it to the Service Process, but when I see the transaction type there in customizing header I cant find any survey in by searching.
Will be highly appreciated if you can please share the process to resolve this issue.
