Could anyone got some experience to solve this, please kindly give me some advice with some steps. I really have no idea how to fix this at this stage.

hi Wankei,
Please check the Service sapms<SID> 3600/tcp in /etc/service is exist or not?
If you system is running with Loopback Adapter then make sure that you have loopback host entry in \etc\hosts file along with actual host-name.
Please also make sure the Oracle services are running and sap is started in sapmmc.
If all above things are ok and you still not able to login then you need to upgrade the kernel and after that you can login on the system.

HI Abdul Jamil,
em, yes, the setting is totally correct since it was ok before but it can not logon after I upgrade the system. I guess it must be some program not right at this stage.
I can not logon and I have no idea howtofix the problem.
I check DPMON on OS level and it looks like ecerything works fine, dislog is sometime runs som program, but it just not allow me to logon.
