Hi this is a Urgent issue, the customer is waiting so please help me here.
I can't save to the file format *Vds (for use in Iphone and Android phones)
The version is 7.0.2.65 SAP Visual Enterprise Author CAD edition 64bit. The plugin is loaded regarding the Plugin manager but it don't show up in the save or save as menu.
How do I solve this problem, is there a service patch or file to download?

Hi Thomas,
There is an update patch for VEA 7.0 that allows users to save files in VDS format. You may find the latest updates on the SAP Service Marketplace. If you do not have access, I would suggest contacting your sales rep to see how you can obtain this access.
