Ibase component Generation problem

Hi,

I have created three clients in solution manager system for a demo on Charm scenario.

The Ibase is not getting generated for the production client .

in 7.0, i used to with read data remoe in  SMSy which will refresh the entries.

I used a report AI_CRM_IBASE_GENERATE_71 as mentioned in solman_setup

but ibase component has not created.

Kindly guide on how to achieve the ibase component creation.

the problem is resolved by implementing the note 1741109.
