Country/Region field in ESS portal is not coming properly

Hi All,

Travel Management - while using ESS portal for creating travel request the Country/Region field is not coming properly on the portal. Only Regions are displaying but the countries are not visible in the same option. Please guide how can we make it possible. Attached is the screenshot.

Enable the required fields in the node "Define scheme and individual field control" under dialog control.
