Deleting Materials in SAP ME

HI All,

In my scenario, I need to delete around 1000 records of materials in Material Maintenance screen, present in Activity Manager. I haven't come across any feature that supports mass delete of records in SAP ME. If I am missing out any feature, can you please point me out.

• How can I carry on the delete activity?
• Do we have any other options to do it by any other means such as DB query etc ?

Hi Anudeep,

There is no such capability in GUI. However, you can use DataXchange.

In the case of direct DB queries, you will have to figure out all relations between parent and child tables for materials. This can be found in CRUD tables specification at SMP for ME 5.1.
