CHARM 7.1 document goes back to display mode after saving

Hi.

I'm currently testing CHARM in SolMan 7.1 and noticed that whenever I save the document, the screen goes back to display mode (don't stay in edit mode). SAP suggested to add the parameter "CRM_10SAVE" with value "X" in the user account. This has fixed the problem, but I wanted to find out if there is any global settings to fix this. Any idea?

hi,

chk the table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM and the field name as

'IM_READONLY_AFTER_SAVE' ,  remove the check mark from the field, it makes difference.

Please check here Display option in UI

I checked the link that you suggested but it's only related to Incident Management. I have this issue in CHARM 7.1 when running in WEB UI, but not in Incident Management.

I also checked the table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM - there is no entry, maybe that's why I don't have the issue in Incident Management.

Any other idea?
