Hi Experts,
I am facing a scenario in Solman 7.1 Sp07 that when a ticket is assigned to a message processor,its showing in the over view list that in which status and how many tickets are there,but when iam clicking on the particular status to view what are tickets assigned its not showing the tickets in the list.
if any solution will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Overview tab, shows the tickets processed by all, hence make sure for your user,
1. Please check any filter option set?
2. Check whether you have access to display messages?
3. And also check any authorization like B_USERSTAT restriction to your user to view the all the messages?
