Hello,
I loaded several Q Info records successfully. During the creation of each one I got a yellow warning... ...... enter QM in procurement control Key..... save.
Then go in to change and receive a red warning "Enter the control key for QM in procurement".
Can you tell me why I'm receiving this error and where do I make that control key entry?? I know what the control keys are..
Thanks
VB
Thanks very much for your help.

Also, once you turn on the Procurement in QM Active on, this is a client level setting for the material. Once this is on, ALL plants will need a control key specified in their QM view or purchasing view. If you only want procurement active in some plants and not others, you will need to create a dummy control key, (like 0000) that has all functionality turned off for it in config and then assign that to the plants where you don't want to use the QM in procurement.

Dear VB
Error Identification: Quality info record
If you get the following error, it might be because of material master
Define QM procurement key (Material <MATNR>): Message no. QB114
Resolution: Material Master
Please check the Material master (MM02) --> Quality management view
In Procurement data you need to activate the check box for "QM proc. active"
Also, put in the "QM Control Key" in the drop-down field
