Hi all,
We are trying to apply SAPKU70201 BBPCRM support patch.I also downloaded the add on KU70201,KU70202,KU70203.The SAR file has been extracted successfully and moved to Eps/in folder.Then its Loaded via Application server Successfully.But after that when we go to "New Support Packages" the loaded Support Packages are not seen in the OCS . Please tell any Solution.We checked Maintenance License also.It is valid.

Dear Mathan,
First, you cannot apply a Support Package if the concerned add-on is not installed in the system.
So if the BBPCRM is not installed in the system, you cannot apply its support packages.
BBPCRM 702 is no Add-on component, this is the central component for
CRM.
Is it a CRM system ??

Hi Mathan,
First check for the dependency files after you extract and placed in EPS/IN.
To check the dependency go for SPAM-->Display, if dependency is there means you have to fullfill the dependency first and then only you can proceed.
Second thing,for applying patch in CRM can be done ONLY through support pack manager for CRM.
go for spam-->environment-->Support package manager for EBP/CRM.

and make sure that component are matches to your system.if spam is not showing the imported packages means that are not suitable for your system.

BBP CRM is not installed and we r trying to install version KU70203.
for that we need to apply KU70202 and for this need to apply KU70201
But KU70201 is not showing in our New Support packages list in OCS
For installing KU70201 you should download BBPCRM package first and extract it into the queue.
Post this then check the results in SPAM -> New Support Packages
