Item proposal

I had created a item proposal and assigned the proposal number to customer master record. But the items are not proposed when i create a Sales order.

Can any one help me on this?

Hi,

When u enter the sales order, in the menu we have edit menu. select edit menu and select propose items.

Then the system proposes the items which u had given in the item proposal.

Hi PR,

While Creating Sales Order Ensure that the following are entered correctly:

1. Customer

2. Sales area

3. Payment Terms

4. Check the validty of Proposal

Then as Mohan suggested In Sales Order- Main Menu Go to EDIT - Propose Items (Ctrl+F11), then system will propose items. you can copy the materials / Materials with quantities from the porposal as you want.
