Doubt : Pricing Procedures : Determination in Sales docs

Dear Friends,

Why we are assigning one particular condition type into corresponding Pricing Procedure.

Sometimes, we are not assigning any condition type.

Please clarify.

The condition type entered here automatically proposes in the double-line entry screen during sales order processing.

If this field is left blank, system will display the active price condition  during sale order process..

The condition type entered here will be determined as PRICE condition in the line item

If this field is left blank, system will display the active price condition

This may be useful to know what is the price condition at the line item before going to CONDITIONS tab in detail

Hi,

Its not Mandatory to assign this. As far as I know, if you assign any condition type here, you can see that condition type and value in Sales order - Overview screen - All items - after Batch.

I have used only once to get one condition type value so that user need not to go to Line item - conditions.
