Hi,
I just I want to update this thread, to aid the users looking for solution like me. I have also faced the same error while updating spam on solman 7.1
It seems to be a temporary error which can be ignored. Just get back to spam transaction and you could see that the update was successful.
This know issue is documented on SAP note: 1968135
Cheers!!

Hello,
try to run the upgrade in the background, if still face the same error try to run it in the dialog but make sure you have stable connection from your side (PC, SAP GUI) to the application server where you connected.

Hi Prabaharan,
This is default in SPAM / SAINT upgrade to latest version of 0047. Just restart the SPAM transaction and it will work. We also faced the same error and resolved by this.
Thanks,
Gaurav

Hi Prabaharan,
I guess you are applying SPAM update 7.00/ 47.
In this case you may simply restart SPAM transaction and continue with SPAM update.
Let us know the results.
